I couldnt be more disappointed with the HBR-app and the HBR customer service than I am!
I have spend over €355 on in-app magazine subscriptions. With the new update the look and feel became terrible. Worst thing is, that I am not able to access and sync my purchased magazines anymore. HBR wants me to buy them again! Customer Service is not helpful - even when I forward them a clear statement from Apple describing that HBR’s app is the problem. How ironic coming from an organization that writes business articles which doesnt learn/do what they advise. Again, with this new version, I am not able to sync my subscription! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
