The worst app Ive ever used. By far

Why HBR created such a messy application? I have problems with downloading issues every month - basically every time new issue comes. Two different ways to authenticate. Why?!!! One never works, and another does not allow to do anything. It authenticate successfully (thank you for congratulations by the way) but allows to do nothing. Please do something. There are plenty of good apps for periodicals - The Economist, FT etc. You created something nearly completely useless and seriously annoying. Sometime I think that even Kindle addition of HBR was not so bad.
