- Blog posts are not loading - Frequently server internal error appears - cant access the blog

Ive paid for a 1 year subscription and cant download the Jan-Feb issue. Apple said that its HBR issue, and HBR cant find me in their database because Ive subscribed with my Apple ID. Customer service is slow and inefficient.

Why HBR created such a messy application? I have problems with downloading issues every month - basically every time new issue comes. Two different ways to authenticate. Why?!!! One never works, and another does not allow to do anything. It authenticate successfully (thank you for congratulations by the way) but allows to do nothing. Please do something. There are plenty of good apps for periodicals - The Economist, FT etc. You created something nearly completely useless and seriously annoying. Sometime I think that even Kindle addition of HBR was not so bad.

Before this update the online magazine was interactive, easy to read on iPad and iPhone, it was easy to find terms translations for non English speakers, easy to comment articles.. Now its only a PDF.
